Add a Payment Method

Subscriptions only auto-renew if there's a payment method on file. Add one before your first renewal to avoid service interruption.

Steps

1. From the dashboard, click Add Method under Add a payment method.
2. Choose an available method such as a debit card or bank account.
3. For cards, complete the reversible verification charge shown in the dashboard. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the reversal.

What we charge it for

• Recurring renewals for any active subscription on the auto-renew schedule.
• One-off purchases when you check out without selecting a saved method.
• Prorated seat changes when you add licenses during an existing billing cycle.

Replacing or removing a card

If you replace a card, the old one is retired but kept on the account for history. Outstanding charges still in flight should use the active payment method where possible. If a charge was already attempted on the old card, check Transactions before retrying or contacting support.
